I have a guy friend, and he?s been really sweet and supportive to me since we?ve met and I really like him. But, I am going through some things and I have friends that say he?s just trying to use me for his personal gain and I know that isn?t the truth. He has helped me pack up my stuff for my move, done my laundry, cleaned up the apartment and when I come home from work, he rubs my back and cooks me something to eat.
But I respect my friends because they saw what happened with my previous relationships and they don?t want me to repeat the past. What should I do?
Thank You

I love coloring my hair and I remember having it dyed to a really light brown a few years back. I know that our hair color should match that of our eyebrows, but did you know that I haven't tried having my brows dyed???
It's not that I'm chicken to do it, or that I have any issues with using any chemicals on my face (Ako pa! LOL) but why bother if there's a good alternative like my current favorite, Brow and Lash Colorist from Majolica Majorca?
Majolica Majorca Brow and Lash Colorist
This is a part of the brand's most recent collection, the Psychedelicious, which aims to color both your lashes and brows.? There are two shades available, BR333 Vanilla Brown and BR555 Maroon Brown and I am using BR333.
I've been using MAC Girl Boy in the past which I also love, and then tried that of MUFE's too.? But after I got to try this one from Majo, I just knew I've found something which is not only cheaper, but also works as good, if not better.
A tapered wand for those hard to reach areas like the inner lashes, should you wish to use this on your lashes.
It has a much lighter formulation, which doesn't clump and looks a lot more natural than others that I've tried.
my groomed brows using K-Palette and The Face Shop brow liner
First I apply it by brushing it in short, upward strokes
And then brushing it in the direction of the hair growth
my brows after
Since I'm already using a light shade of pencil and K-palette is also light, the change is not that obvious.? But it did lighten it a bit more.? I love that it doesn't clump and that it lasts all day.??
No allergic reactions, and it's way cheaper than MAC and MUFE for Php595 a tube.
I wish it comes in more shades though.??
I haven't tried it on my lashes, there's Lash King in Brown for that which I'll be reviewing soon!
I'm not sure if this is limited.? If it is, I guess I would need to buy stocks as early as now.
Tata!

Arguably, the more business-friendly atmosphere of the Reagan administration in the early 1980s was a big help to Silicon Valley.? Venture capital helped develop the Tandem computer, which is a backbone device that financial institutions and other entities (like power companies and the military) use in environments where extreme robustness and reliability are required.? In fact, the development of venture capital also probably drove the changes in computing culture, away from mainframes and inhouse applications, as in the 70s and early 80s (the atmosphere that my own IT career grew in) to minicomputers, use of packages, and then the idea of end-user control even of requirements, which went along with the development of the Internet but also caused a huge shift in career paths in the information technology world, as the old paths of ?programmer? and ?analyst? became too artificial. We can ask ourselves, why did the "financial innovations" of venture capital morph into bundling of financial products (like credit default swaps)? ?

BOSTON (AP) ? Mitt Romney may not have set out on the road to the Republican presidential nomination if not for a private meeting between strangers.
More than a decade ago, the 54-year-old Olympics CEO was at a crossroads as the closing ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Games approached. That's when Kerry Healey, head of the Massachusetts GOP, traveled across the country to meet with Romney. Inside the privacy of his office, Healey pressed the longtime businessman to run for governor. French figure skating judges waited outside as the meeting ran long.
"We had never met before. It was a cold call," Healey recalls.
Romney would soon agree to run, a decision that opened the next phase of his life.
Nine months after that February 2002 meeting, Romney was elected governor of Massachusetts. The post became the launching pad for a national political career that reaches its pinnacle Thursday when he accepts the Republican presidential nomination.
Those who know him well say it was not ambition that pushed Romney into politics anew after a failed 1994 Massachusetts Senate run. Instead, they describe a man driven to lead, likely the result of growing up in a family that emphasized service above all else. They say Romney truly believed in his own unique ability to solve problems.
He ran toward challenges, says longtime friend and business partner Bob White.
"A lot of people who just tuned in this presidential year haven't seen this history of stepping forward," White says. "It's that stepping forward that his parents talked about, not necessarily just public office. It how he's wired."
Indeed, Romney's father, George Romney, served as Michigan governor. He unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination in 1968, later becoming a member of President Richard Nixon's Cabinet. Romney's mother, Lenore, later was an unsuccessful candidate for U.S. Senate.
It was clear early into Romney's one term as Massachusetts governor that he, like his father, saw opportunities to lead on a larger stage.
Less than a year after taking office, Romney sought and won the chairmanship of the Republican Governors Association. He raised tens of millions of dollars to help elect Republicans across the nation. In 2005, he made his first trip to Iowa, home of the leadoff presidential caucuses, to speak at the state GOP's fall banquet some weeks before President George W. Bush's re-election.
Romney would visit Iowa three times in 2005 and nine times in 2006. That year, he spent 212 days outside of Massachusetts. One trip included a visit to Iraq and Afghanistan to enhance his international credentials as his state grappled with a devastating flood.
His national focus hurt his standing back home. The fall before he left office, two in three Massachusetts residents disapproved of his job performance.
But by that time, there was little doubt Romney would seek the presidency. He already had declined to seek a second term as governor. He announced the formation of a presidential exploratory committee for the 2008 race on his next-to-last day as Massachusetts governor.
Romney quickly proved he was a prolific fundraiser and carved out a reputation that year as the conservative alternative to Sen. John McCain by shifting to the right on key issues after tacking more to the center as Massachusetts governor. He spent millions to win symbolic test votes and millions more to support a bloated staff.
Nearly always perfectly groomed and wearing a suit, Romney ended up struggling to connect with voters. His Mormon faith proved an impediment, especially in Iowa and South Carolina. And his reversals on social issues gave rivals fodder to tag him as a flip-flopping candidate with no core belief system.
Romney, who later acknowledged that his strategy was flawed, would ultimately lose the nomination to McCain.
Ann Romney vowed that her husband would not run a second time.
But feelings had changed around Christmas of 2010 when the Romney family met at the kitchen table to discuss the prospect of another bid.
"I said, 'Is it too late to fix the country? And Mitt said something interesting. He said, 'Well it is not too late yet, but it is getting late," Ann Romney told a Florida audience recently. "And knowing that there was still time, I said, 'There is no question whether we go forward or don't go forward, because it is up to you to save the country, and so we must go forward.'"
Romney was convinced he had to do things differently the second time around.
He worked to shed his buttoned-up image by wearing more casual attire, such as jeans, sneakers and shirts with the sleeves rolled up. Facing a weak Republican field, his campaign's rallying cry became "leaner and meaner." He hired a smaller staff and listened to fewer consultants. He stockpiled tons of cash and an outside super political action committee made up of former staffers did the same. He focused his pitch on the economy and defeating Barack Obama. And he walked a careful line between presenting himself as acceptable to the tea party ? a new insurgent group ? and catering to it.
Starting in Iowa, Romney and his allies eviscerated his rivals ? particularly former House Speaker Newt Gingrich ? on TV, burying them in negative ads. Romney was briefly announced the victor by a narrow margin before the Iowa GOP reversed course and declared former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum the winner. But by that point, Romney had cruised to victory in next-up New Hampshire. Gingrich then rose in South Carolina, shellacking Romney after casting him as a job-killer. Then came Florida, and Romney easily overtook the competition.
He clinched the nomination months later, then quickly set his sights on his next goal: defeating Obama.
Now Romney stands at the precipice of formally becoming the party's standard-bearer, and possibly the country's next president.
It's that image that first flashed in Healey's mind after her meeting with Romney a decade ago. By the time she left, Healey ? who would become Romney's lieutenant governor ? couldn't help but agree with the whispers that had already begun about his future.
Says Healey: "I had no doubt on my first meeting with him that he had the potential to be the president of the United States."

A pulled hamstring is one of the worst injuries a yogi can endure -?especially because it means having to stay away from the studio to rest and recover. Here are ways to prevent this common (and painful) injury. Warm up: Just as you shouldn?t stretch cold muscles before a run, don?t do yoga before warming up either. While some types of yoga are done in a heated room to warm up the body, don?t solely rely on room temperature to properly prepare the body for intense poses. Many teachers lead students through Sun Salutations to get the blood flowing and muscles working, or they may use some other sequence of moderate poses. If they don?t, running or biking to class is also an effective warmup and a great way to get in some cardio. Don?t push it: Patty Pretzel is casually sticking her leg behind her head, and you decide to give it a try. It?s easy to be inspired by more limber yogis, but doing poses you?re not ready for is a surefire way to strain a hamstring. Don?t allow your ego to take over; you may wind up with an injury that prevents a yoga practice for months. A little discomfort when trying new poses can be normal, but never push yourself to the point of pain. One leg at a time: Sometimes it?s better to focus on the hamstrings individually, especially if one is more flexible than the other. If a teacher has you in Seated Forward Bend , it?s tough to open them both effectively. Do a variation such as Head to Knee (shown below) so you can focus on stretching one hamstring at a time. See more tips on preventing hamstring injuries after the break!

WASHINGTON (August 28, 2012) The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation launched a new national Patient Care Program today that seeks to eliminate all preventable harms to patients. The Foundation expects to allocate a half billion dollars over ten years if the Program develops as anticipated. The Patient Care Program will focus on both meaningfully engaging patients and their families in their own healthcare and developing a systems approach that optimally reconfigures interprofessional teams, processes, and technology to be supportive of that engagement. Such work should also decrease healthcare costs.
The new Program will build on the achievements and current work by others in the field, collaborate with like-minded organizations, and fund research and clinical projects that will develop and fully integrate these two critical areas.
"By developing and connecting these two critical aspects of healthcare, we believe that healthcare will be better, more cost-effective and more respectful for patients and their families, and the healthcare professionals who serve them," said Steve McCormick, president of the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
Dr. George Bo-Linn, chief program officer for the Patient Care Program, said the effort will begin with a focus on eliminating all preventable harms to adult patients in acute-care settings. The loss of dignity and respect that some patients and families experience are preventable harms that must be addressed as well, he added.
Each year tens of thousands of preventable deaths occur in U.S. hospitals, and millions of dollars are spent on complications and patient readmissions that could be averted. Additionally, fewer than half of all patients report feeling part of and respected by the healthcare system that serves them.
"Improvements in patient care will be more significant and lasting if patients and their families are actively engagedespecially if we reconfigure clinical processes, care teams and technology into an integrated whole to focus on patient safety," Bo-Linn said. "Much improvement has occurred but too many patients still suffer from lapses in quality and safety. It's ambitious to attempt to prevent all harm, but we must strive for no less."
Today's launch included the announcement of a strategic partnership with the Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality, where an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, engineers, bioethicists, and others will identify ways to eliminate all harm to patients, engage families in the care of their loved ones, and reduce costs beginning in the intensive care unit. The $8.9 million grant from the Foundation will support their work. The project, led by Institute Director Dr. Peter Pronovost, will focus on identifying improvements that could be applied in other healthcare settings.
"Patient safety should not have to rely on the heroism of individual healthcare professionals working in frequently chaotic environments; we should redesign healthcare delivery using an interdisciplinary systems approach in the same way that engineers manage dynamic complexity," Pronovost said. "And we should do so while incorporating the perspective of patients and families."
The Foundation's new Program is also working with the Institute of Medicine (IOM), RAND Corporation, Health Affairs, University of California, San Francisco, Stanford University, and others.
To assist in fostering this approach, the IOM will partner with the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) to initiate a collaborative convening of leaders from leading universities with joint medicine and engineering initiatives, healthcare organizations experienced in systems engineering processes, and information technology, patient advocacy, government, and large healthcare systems with the potential to catalyze change.
"The group will consider the issues and activities most important to advance the field, and explore ways to facilitate progress," said IOM President Dr. Harvey V. Fineberg, who joined with NAE President Dr. Charles Vest in underscoring the importance of such collaborative work.
The Patient Care Program includes and builds on the achievements of the Foundation's Betty Irene Moore Nursing Initiative, which is significantly improving adult patient care in northern Californian hospitals, and the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at the University of California, Davis, which is transforming healthcare through nursing education, research, and leadership.

Columbus, OH, August 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- When it comes to finding term life insurance, residents of Ohio now have a much more straightforward way to compare rates and find the policies that best suit their unique needs. The new website, TermLife-Insurance.com, takes the stress out of shopping for insurance by providing quality information on term, whole life, disability and long term care insurance, while also making it easier to compare rates and seek expert advice for less-than-straightforward insurance needs.
Instead of calling multiple insurance companies for rates, Term Life Insurance provides Ohio residents with an easy-to-use tool that will make comparative shopping easy. Co-founder of TermLife-Insurance.com, Brianna Baiocco, said one of the reasons for creating the tool was so that fewer people would be deterred from buying life insurance because of cost.
"We hope to help consumers have a better understanding of how affordable life insurance can be," she said. "How it protects the ones left behind. We also hope to make it an easy buying process for the consumer."
Once a site visitor has found a rate that pleases them, TermLife-Insurance's call center puts them in contact with the licensed agents and underwriters who can best evaluate their unique insurance needs and get the application process started.
According to Baiocco, one more way that Term Life Insurance seeks to make securing insurance easier for Ohio is by using a quick, phone application process instead of the standard paper application. Instead of filling out countless pages, clients can have their insurance application finished and submitted literally in minutes.
Baiocco said she hopes that by providing Ohio residents with an easier buying process and greater value that they will look at TermLife-Insurance.com as the go-to site for life insurance.
But TermLife-Insurance.com isn't exclusive to Ohio. In fact, the company is licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. With greater access to quality information about insurance and the ability to compare prices and policies from different companies with ease, there's little excuse to put off buying life insurance any longer.
TermLife-Insurance.com provides Ohio Term Life Insurance Quotes to consumers looking for life insurance in Ohio.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) ? The Republican Party that's showing its face to America this week is a restless institution that relies heavily on the uncompromising passions of tea partyers, anti-immigration activists and social conservatives. It's a potent but unruly coalition that supplies vital energy today but poses serious challenges for the future.
These forces propelled the GOP to big wins in 2010. And they might help Mitt Romney win the White House this fall. But they operate largely beyond his control, sometimes igniting brushfires and pulling his campaign off message.
More troubling for the Republican Party in future elections is that these fiery conservatives seem to be turning off millions of Hispanic voters ? the fastest-growing segment of the American electorate.

ScienceDaily (Aug. 27, 2012) ? Extra pounds -- even within the overweight but not obese range -- are linked to a higher risk of recurrence of the most common type of breast cancer despite optimal cancer treatment, according to a new study published early online in Cancer, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Cancer Society. The study's results suggest that extra body fat causes hormonal changes and inflammation that may drive some cases of breast cancer to spread and recur despite treatment.
Women who are obese when they are diagnosed with breast cancer have an increased risk of dying prematurely compared with women of normal weight. In this new study, Joseph Sparano, MD, of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine's Montefiore Medical Center, in Bronx, NY, and his colleagues across the US cancer cooperative groups compared the health outcomes of obese and overweight patients with others in a large group of women with stage I-III breast cancer who had participated in three National Cancer Institute-sponsored treatment trials led by the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (now part of the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group). All of the trials (E1199, E5188, and E3189) required participants to have normal heart, kidney, liver, and bone marrow function, thereby excluding patients with other significant health issues. As a result, researchers were able to disentangle the influence of obesity from other factors affecting cancer recurrence and survival.
The researchers found that increasing body mass index -- a measure of the body's fat content -- significantly increased women's risk of cancer recurrence and death, despite optimal treatment including chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. There was a stepwise relationship between increasing body mass index and poor outcomes only in women with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, the most common type of breast cancer that accounts for approximately two-thirds of all breast cancer cases in the United States and worldwide.
"We found that obesity at diagnosis of breast cancer is associated with about a 30 percent higher risk of recurrence and a nearly 50 percent higher risk of dea

Photo Stream debuted in iOS 5 as part of iCloud and while it offered some nifty automatic backup and sync store and push features, it lacked a lot of the sharing and gallery features that made Mobile Me so family friendly. Now, with iOS 6, Apple is adding sharing back to their cloud photo solution, and while it's not the same as before, it could be just as social.
Here's how Apple describes Shared Photo Streams.
Now you can share just the photos you want, with just the people you choose. Simply select photos from the Photos app, tap the Share button, choose who you want to share your photos with, and they?re on their way. Friends using iCloud on an iOS 6 device or a Mac running Mountain Lion get the photos delivered immediately in the Photos app or iPhoto. You can even view shared photo streams on Apple TV. If the folks you're sharing with aren?t using an Apple device, they can view your photos on the web. People can like individual photos and make comments. And you can share as much as you want: Your shared photo streams don?t count against your iCloud storage, and they work over Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
And, based on what Apple has shown off to date, here's how it works:
While it doesn't work the same way the old MobileMe Galleries did, Shared Photo Stream do provide some interesting functionality all their own. The question is, with the ability to share photos already built into popular social networks like Facebook and Twitter, and services like Instagram and Path, does anyone really need Photo Streams to be shared as well? Perhaps, especially for those who don't really want to be social with their photos, but who only want to share them directly with a few friends and family members.
iOS 6 is scheduled for release this fall, perhaps as soon as September 19. For more on iOS 6 and Siri, check out:

There are lots of reasons why you must consider an investment venture related to commercial real estate. That said, these reasons should only be considered legitimate if they are born from your knowledge of the market and your own needs. Knowledge is power, and increasing your knowledge about commercial real estate investing will help you maximize your profits. The ideas in the following paragraphs are an ideal way to begin discovering more knowledge concerning commercial real state, either as your initiation into this world or just an expansion of what you already are aware of.
Commercial real estate is more time consuming, confusing and involves more than just buying a home. Understand, however, that the intensity and duration of the process is necessary to achieve the higher return on your investment.
To determine how honest a real estate broker is, you might consider inquiring about their financial performance. An honest broker will approach this question openly and let you know that interests diverge. It is important that you understand the benefits the firm will receive as a result of completing a transaction for you.
Be sure to realize all properties have a lifetime. Ignoring a property or deciding to wait too long can cause this lifetime to come to an unexpected end, especially if you aren?t willing to pay the fees for proper upkeep over the period of time. It could need a brand new electrical system or an updated roof. Every building will eventually need upgrades and repairs, and some need them more than others. It is important to formulate a long-term approach for managing these types of repairs.
TIP! Try using feng shui in your commercial properties or home office. Two fundamentals of feng shui are the removal of clutter and having a lot of open space.
There are many websites available that offer information to investors; therefore, learn all you can before searching for commercial property. Having a great base of knowledge will give you the tools to complete every part of the buying process with confidence, leading to solid decision making.
Before you enter the market, do your best to make a mark online and establish your presence. Create a LinkedIn profile or a website. Make sure that you use search engine optimization on your website so that people can find you easily. Eventually, you want people to be able to find your site by putting in keywords related to your business, or even your name.
Know exactly what your business needs before shopping locations. You should know what kind of space you will need for your business. If you plan to make your company grow, it will be a good idea to buy more space than you need while the market is low to save you some money later.
When considering a piece of property, you must pay close attention to the surrounding area. If you are buying the property in a more expensive neighborhood your business will most likely be a lot more successful, people there have more to spend. Yet, if you have a business that might thrive in a neighborhood where the not so well-off would opt to go to your business, then maybe that kind of neighborhood is for you.
TIP! Consult with your tax adviser prior to purchasing any commercial real estate property. A tax adviser will be able to tell you how much the buildings are going to cost you and how much of your income is going to be taxable.
Search for buildings that are simply designed and constructed if you?re planning on renting out commercial property. These properties are generally top sellers because prospective tenants can see how well-built and maintained they are. These buildings also provide much easier maintenance for both the tenants and the owner, as they are less likely to require repairs.
See how your considered firm measure its results. For example, it may be useful to know about how required space is calculated, key factors for evaluation and the mechanisms of different methods of negotiation. Having an understanding before joining up with them is most helpful to you.
Look for property that has more units. More units equates to more income potential from the property. Serious investors will not be interested by a building that has less than a dozen units.
Before settling on a broker, determine if they negotiate aggressively or rationally. Ask how they were trained and how much experience they have. Also be certain that they are ethical when conducting business, and good at what they do. Have them provide you with examples of negotiations they?ve engaged in previously, both good and bad.
TIP! Put your energy toward one investment at a time. Pick a specific niche, such as retail or residential, and look only for that.
In conclusion, you may be looking into commercial real estate for a variety of reasons, but, whatever the reason may be, you surely would like more information on the subject. Use these tips for any commercial real estate necessities so that you can boost your
